Great Starter Polymer Clay Book!!!

Created: 05/06/08
Whether you are new to polymer clay, been doing it a while or are trying to get a child to explore their crafty side, this is the book for you. The Incredible Clay book is just that. It gives you the basics on polymer clay, how to choose clays, how to mix, blend, and work with them in pretty much all phases.
This book is geared mainly to kids, but I can guarantee, I will be doing many of the projects myself, some for Christmas and birthday presents. The food section has the cutest and most realistic looking hotdogs and much more. You will learn many of the basics of polymer clay and if you know nothing or you know a lot, thisis just a fun, informative and skillfully put together book.
The pages are thick, the covers are super thick, the binding is a spiral of plastic covered wire and this book is going to last you and maybe your kids many years. The Incredible Clay Book will provide hours and hours of fun and polymer clay education. If you are a clayer or looking to get into clay... buy this book. I highly recommend it!

Another great Klutz book!

Created: 02/09/06
The pictures in this book are amazing! Kids will love the bright colors and the funny, wacky ideas. My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more in the way of directions, so that kids can follow by themselves. I would also have liked to see the book come with at least a plastic tool for cutting/shaping clay. The ideas in this book will have your kids playing with clay long after the blocks of clay that come with the book are gone.
