Great book for those who have infertility issues, or for those who are over 35 and trying to conceive. Also a fabulous reference if you're interested in learning more about acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. These are great alternative therapies and clinically supported to help with infertility issues. I bought one for myself, and two for gifts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I would first like to say I WAS NOT one to believe in herbs and such- but after losing my son at 38th weeks to due a stillbirth. The reason for his loss is unknown but it was a very long and hard delivery process thata took 5 days and ended in the ICU. My body was completely out of wack for a while- after the typical 6 weeks it still had not done anything to get back to "normal"- I am 33 years old and over weight - I will be honest but after researching on the internet etc. I came across a few people whom told me about this book- I didnt believe it at first but I thought I had nothing to loos- With in one month of taking the herbs it recommends ( it helps you figutre out what your body needs ) I was getting back on tract- I was able to start ovulating again and yes I did get pg although 2 have ended in m/c due to medical reasons I feel - this is a AWSOME book for knowledge of your body and the things you can do, eat or take with herbs to aid not jst in infertiltiy but many other things woman go through- I give this book A++++++++++++++++ all the way and recommend it for every woman nneded a little help with getting their bodys back in or from stress, preg, menapause etc.. MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very good resource for those of us who have encountered problems in our quest for motherhood. It is written by a Dr. who knows first-hand of the pain brought on by fertility problems. It is a wealth of information for couples who struggle to form a family.

If you follow the program outlined in this book it will change your life forever! I am so grateful for this book and the hope it has given me, I would recommend the retreats as well.
