Infinuvo QQ-1 CleanMate 365 Robotic Cleaner

The 4th time I ever ran the vacuum cleaner, it stopped working and ran in a circle over and over again for an hour. One wheel completely stopped moving. The company's website has a FAQ, and "wheel malfunction," was listed as a common problem due to a defective motor. The solution they listed was to contact the company for a replacement; however, when I emailed the company about this apparently common problem, they were very unhelpful. Thank God I kept my receipt, as they weren't even willing to talk with me until I emailed a copy of my receipt to them. Even after I sent them my reciept they made me jump through a variety of hoops filling out deliberately confusing paper-work in order to get my repair done. They then refused to just mail me my replacement motor. I finally got approval to mail back my cleaner for repairs. After paying $20 in postage to mail back the cleaner, I never again heard from metapo, nor have I gotten my repaired/replaced vacuum in the mail. In fact, when I emailed metapo to find out why they decided not to honor their warranty even after approving me for repairs, they decided to stop answering my emails. I have never had a worse customer service experience. You'd think that the company would be sympathetic to selling me a product that has a motor they know to be defective. Do not buy this product, or anything else from metapo. At best, they are inept and making and servicing their product. At worst, they're deliberate thieves.

I love this little vaccume cleaner. (sweet) I was impressed with the power it has for a rechargeable battery operated unit. I have three dogs and I run it everyday for an hour and a half. it picks up all the dog hair and everything else! it gets into and out of small spaces under the bed and so on. I dont really use it on carpeting just my hardwood floors and it also polishes them to where they are shining really nice. I decided to but it because of the incredible amounts of dog hair I was finding behind the couch and underneath appliances. Now this little vaccume picks it up before it reaches the great unknown areas of the house. Im think ing of buying another one for my mom for christmas.

I love this small appliance, it's very affordable and user friendly. I am diasabled and this is truly helping with life's chores. I recommend this for anyone with any physical issues.

This is a great little robot to have. Super light weight, great capacity, quieter than most vacuums - I love it. It takes a little longer to clean a room than I expected, but it gets the job done and it gets all of those areas that I miss (under the couch etc). It doesn't map the room, so it relys on alternating between different patterns that it thinks will cover the room. This means that it has a tendency to miss one or two spots, but if you run it regularly it's not noticeable. It really does do a surprisingly good job of covering the area. I have 2 dogs and it's up to the challenge of collecting all the dog hair without getting clogged (mine have hair approx 1 inch long, not sure how it would do with longer haired dogs). It's easy to clean, the filters are reusable so there's no ongoing costs to running it. Over all a really great product!
