    The authors cover a myriad of subjects relating to buying and selling. Information is definitely useful for the beginner. It covers subjects such as deciding what kind of doll one would want to collect. The types of dolls, condition to look for that increases the value of the doll and book values and what influences them. I highly recommend this book.

    It's a great book... for having been written in 1995. It contains no information on buying and selling on the internet, which is probably the most popular way today. It gave me a little insight, but I wouldn't buy again!
