| In this rail shooter, you're a lone star-pilot defending earth from the invading hordes of the sinister Iridion empire. At the end of each of the blistering-fast seven stages, the forced-scrolling halts so you can battle a gigantic boss. While action seldom slows from nonstop, be on the lookout for weapons upgrades and shimmering multicolored icons, which restore precious energy. Your experimental SHN-Fighter comes with red, green, gold and purple lasers, which must be powered up with the same color. For example, if you snare two green power-ups, you can fire two green lasers, but if you then grab a red power-up, you'll revert to your weakest red laser. | |

If you like flight or space sims you will like this game. The graphics are average but the game play is easy to learn, this game would be a bigger hit with the younger crowd. You can usually pick this game up here on eBay for 2-6 dollars, it will be money well spent. The only thing bad about this game is the levels are a bit repetitive, but it is a fun game.

) looks good, but it isn't. repetitive, now i know why it was so cheap.
galaga is better, way better. i beleive i could have bought about 5000 copies of Iridion 3d if i hadn't used them playing galaga.

I like how easy it is to play..my 3 yr old loves the game.I bought it actually cause it was cheap game. but it has turned out to be really fun.
