) I have been to Italy several times, love Italian food, and love to cook. Wonderful pictorial views of Tuscany, Aosta Valley, etc., and the foods of the different regions. I love Florence and find the history behind the De'Medici family is so very interesting. Catherine De'Medici was a needlewoman as well and developed many types of needlework and became the Queen of France. So the book incorporates many aspects of my interests.
