Well... it's better than the last one!!
Created: 11/09/09
Jason finally joins the pantheon of Horror Icons desperate to become modern once again by going to Space.
Much like Pinhead and the Leprechaun before him, Jason is in a futuristic Sci-Fi gorefest filled with cheezy
Star Wars moments that include computer simulated diversions, goofy alternate-Earth planets and even an
Android to stand in his way. This film, though corny, is 1,000,000 times better than the previous Jason movie,
"Jason goes to Hell" in every way. The movie starts in the not too distant future with Jason captured and still
alive after every attempt to kill him. An argument about transporting him rather than killing him leads into what
I believe was 15 kills within the first few minutes of the movie, then Jason being frozen in a Chryo-chamber...??
Fast forward to the year 2455 and Jason get's thawed out and the fun begins again. Now as I said, Jason now
has an Android to deal with, and thus the birth of "Uber-Jason" or "Mecha-Jason." Try to have some crackers
ready for all of this cheese. Anyway, as I said it's better than the previous film, and even though it's corny and
filled with bad one-liners and puns, it is still Jason doing what he does best, and that's why you watch these!!
Intentionally funny and filled with blood I recommend this to Jason fans with a sense of humor only.
Bonus Features:
"The Many Lives of Jason Voorhees" Documentary
The Making of Jason X
Commentary, Jump to a Death, Script to Screen, Theatrical Trailer and more.

JASON X
Created: 17/09/07
This movie isn't nearly as bad as many reviewers are saying.
In some ways this one actually has a little of a black humor twist in some scenes. There is a female android in this movie who looks just like a human and she blows jason apart, unfortnately, they left his destroyed remains in an area where they have a future device that mends and heals people. this device turns on and attempts to put Jason back together, when its computer brain finds "no human DNA" , rather than using human DNA, it uses some type of metal compound and makes Jason more powerful & undestructible ( like giant evil ternimator) so as the remining crew thinks they are going to escape, guess who's back? When the crew is attempting to board escape shuttle ( of course everything is breaking) Jason appears, but somehow the scientist and his android girlfriend put him in a mental state where he thinks he's in a camp ground area (similar to first Jason) there's these camping girls who side track him (cyber illusions (fake) of course since they are flirting with him and have no fear) that he manages to kill!
anyways there is a bit of good ending to this unlike other jason movies where it seems like only one lone person survives half cracked , the remaining crew escapes (3!) with one , the hero, staying back to hold jason back! it was a crack up when their shuttle took off and after the mother ship exploded jason comes flying out towards the shuttle w/ his trusty machete and the hero comes up to his side tackeling him in space and clinging to his back and pushing him away towards "earth 2", alas, they turn into a ball of flames and as they fly by in the far far distance there are 2 teenager campers saying"look! a Shooting Star!" make a wish! and they say "look it landed in the lake" want to go over and see!... so maybe the saga continues.. right before credits roll you see jasons new improved metal hockey mask fall to the bottom of the lake.
one positive point Jasons fear amd weakness was water... so maybe.. his watery grave will put him to rest...... maybe...... after previous reviews I think maybe yes even though compared to other jasons movies, I actually like the new twist, yes there could have been some improvements but these types of movies are not suppose to be realistic otherwise if they were jason would have fried a long time ago! Lets face it, why didn't they just freeze him again with some modern freeze gun before things got out of control? why? and then bust him up in pieces when the android killed him off earlier. Why did they leave his remains without further destroying them after knowing his past history? Well, because we wouldn't have a jason movie then! It would be over before it began! If you watch all the jason movies you'll find yourself saying why didn't they do this or that? If your looking for an intelligent well thought out flick, I would suggest not to watch jason, friday the 13th, halloween, freddie type movies as they are all pretty darn unrealistic! They are basically all no brainers! and since I watched this show in the evening after when I remembered I had to get something out in my car, when I went to walk through my garage the light burned out and I actually felt a little nervous walking through to get to my car( and I am not like that)I had to catch myself and remember hey, theres no jason creeper lurking around the dark corner, so the thriler movie did what it was suppose to do, leave a slight errie feeling in the dark shadows.

Jason X Gone to Far
Created: 03/09/10
Jason X is a 2002 science fiction slasher film, and the tenth in the Friday the 13th film series, starring Kane Hodder as the undead mass murderer Jason Voorhees. The film made $16,951,798 worldwide with a budget of $14 million. Thus far, it is the last appearance of Kane Hodder in the role of Jason Voorhees.
The film was conceived by Todd Farmer and was the only pitch he gave to the studio for the movie, having suggested sending Jason into space as a means to advance the franchise while Freddy vs. Jason was still in development hell. Jason X is set in the distant future to prevent conflict with the continuity of the series, thus making it the actual final film in the original Friday the 13th series by chronological timeline.

Jason In Space- A New Low For New Line Cinema
Created: 04/01/06
I grew up watching Friday The 13th and the many sequels, and enjoyed most of the Jason movies. Even when Jason went to New York and it was really Toronto, I still respected the storyline. But Jason in space??? Come on.
Apparently, the government has captured Jason and is holding him under tight security in a research lab. But you can't keep a good man down, so of course, Jason starts killing.
Jason is cryogenically frozen, and in the future there are as many dumb teens as in the 1980s. A group of teens in a spaceship thaw Jason, and he kills more people.
Jason gets genetically modified into what the credits list as 'Uber-Jason', and kills some more.
There's an android, too.
This movie was more sci-fi than actual horror movie. Even for a Friday The 13th movie, this is bad.

Friday The 13th Meets Cleopatra 2525
Created: 17/10/08
Not a Bad Film, but not as good as previous Jason flicks..I loved the female android she was a hoot her deadpan expression was soo MR. Spock..and the one liners were great, but I miss the whole Crystal Lake thing..I agree this was a bit lame, but I guess space had to be the next adventure for Jason after all he went to Manhattan..Film begins with a group of Scientist who attempt to freeze Jason they have no other choice after all he can't be killed, but someone makes the stupid decision to study him instead..mayhem breaks out and Jason is eventually frozen after slicing and dicing a few people that is..fast foward it's the future a group of people are scavanging around and happen upon the cryo lab where Jason is stored also his last victim..they take both back and can you guess what happens next?? If you are a "Friday the 13th" fan of course you can! The acting was pretty good better then the reviews claim..come on people this is a horror flick not "Gone With The Wind" the story line was pretty daft, but the actors pull it off..it would have been priceless if they had brought in the cast of Cleopatra 2525 to finish Jason off..We miss Sarge, Hel and yes even Cleo! Maybe that's next on the agenda!!
