Justice League Heroes (Sony PlayStation 2, 2006)

this has been the best super hero game that i have played. i have played almost all other games that were based on super heros, like superman returns, superman 64, batman returns, marvel ultimate alliances, batman returns and so on. this is a great RPG game. it is easy enough for a casual gamer to pick up and play through and even extreme gamers to find challenging.

this game on the easy mode is easy and leveling up you character is easy enough to do. so there is not much to it and makes it easy to get through. but for extreme gamers the hard difficulties make it so leveling up is intense and critical also makes adding the upgrading ruins essential to making it through the game. the ruins are not that important in easy difficulties but makes it that much easier.

the way they have 2 heros at a time on the screen make it easy to see and the camera angles work great for one player because if the computer payer goes off screen its not a big deal. it 2 player co-op it widens out and makes you stay in it but is not that bad.

the way to unlock things makes you search around a little but is easy to find and unlockables are cool to get and helpful to the players style by upgrading certain attributes.

Braniac is at again and wants to conquer the world but earths mightest superheros stand in his way and it will be a huge task for the justice league to overcome the multiple villains that are in this game. superman, batman , wonder woman, green lantern are just a few of the super heroes at your command to do battle against the bad guys many villains like grodd and darklord to name a few, a very exciting and pulse pounding game which will test your skills and powers to the limit, good game try it out.

I am a casual gamer at best, and normally I lose interest in games because they're too challenging for me. On the easy mode, I managed to beat this game after about a week or so. I enjoyed it so much that now I'm playing it again only on the medium difficulty now. I've heard that it's really very challenging on the hard setting, but I haven't tried that yet. However, if you are (or know) someone who doesn't play much or gets irritated when you can't seem to win, this is a GREAT game.
The only thing that bothered me occasionally was the camera angle. It is a 3/4 view, and sometimes I felt like I couldn't see where I was going (or what was coming at me).
I'm a huge comic book fan and this is probably the only video game based on comic characters that hasn't disappointed me!

Love the two player function, my 9yr old son & I have a blast with this game! I love the characters and he loves their special abilities. We sit and have fun for hours, have to make myself cut it off!!

Finally, a GOOD DC game has finally arrived. Personally, I feel that this is the best super hero game I've played so far. The major difference between this and Marvel Ultimate Allience/X-Men Legends is that this game has only 2 characters to play with, allowing for more strategy, more difficulty, and more individual strength. In MUA, I played it with a friend and we got bored of it rather quickly because the game was too easy. 4 players can easily take out even some of the super villians without having to worry about much of anything. Justice League Heroes doesn't have that problem. 2 Players offer more need to strategize and not just blindly jump in and kick some butt. Also, if you happen to be by yourself, you won't die on the spot like you will in MUA. With good graphics, good sound, and a GREAT storyline, I personally say that I had the most fun playing this superhero game than all the others. This is the best superhero game for me. I just never thought it would've been a DC game...
