    Product Information
At the beginning of KARTIA, you must choose to play as the pious daughter of a high priest or as a free knight searching for purpose. Both characters have unique stories and endings. However, there is some crossover between both plots. The vast majority of the gameplay focuses on the use of a magical set of cards, which can provide useful resources, labor, weapons, and magic spells. Throughout the game the player will receive new cards that can be combined with older cards, thus creating more powerful and creative abilities. Along the way players will have to think about how to use these abilities to gain tactical advantages. Characters designed by Yoshitaka Amano (FINAL FANTASY) inhabit 3D battlefields that can be rotated for the best view. With two separate quests and a large number of abilities to discover, KARTIA will keep the player busy for quite some time.

    Kartia Review

    Created: 07/02/08
One of the best RPG games developed by Atlus. It's a classic turn-based strategy game with lots of options for armor up and monster selection. Gameplay is fairly simple, but creates lots of excitement. It could use better graphics in terms of color scheme and better music selection. Overall, it is one of the better RPG games made for the Playstation.

kartia is a well structured videogame. Whether you like RPG's or not, you will most likely like this game. It doesn't have the greatest graphics, but the game makes up for it with gameplay that renders it like the Final Fantasy genre.

Atlus makes good games this one is odd yet good so i like it. Cards are used in a lot of games but the way they are used here makes it so i do not feel that i am in a card game pick this game up if you are into tactical rpg games or good story telling.
