) Wondering what "Katamari" means? It means "LUMP". So you roll a lump and stuff sticks to it. The bigger the lump, the more you can stick to it, and the bigger you can stick.
Bandai Namco did not innovate with this game. Although the game is graphically beautiful, 95% of the stages are copied from Katamari Damacy and Beautiful Katamari (the last 2 previous installments of the game). The Game developers added about 5 new stages out of the 30 stages available.
The game devs also added 4 different modes of gameplay (Classic, forever, drive, eternal)
The game is still goofy, makes little sense. The dialog seems directly translated from japanese, and feels senseless at times.
Finally, the soundtrack is still Jap Pop, (for those who like it), but a lot of the songs are remixed from the previous songs.
PROS: great colors, new gameplay modes,720 DPI graphics, original game concept.
CONS: redundant and repetitive at times, 95% of the stages are copied from previous games, soundtrack simply remixed from previous games.
CONCLUSION, If you've played the other games, RENT THIS GAME. You'll get bored playing the game because it's just a copy of the other games. If you've never played the other games, buy it. It's a typical Japanese-style game, with weird dialogue, great graphics, and strange concept

) This game is great. IT is different that the others only because it has katamari drive which has the katamari move automatically for you like it is always quick dashing. It also has these tubes that make you absorb everything around you making the game much easier. it has two new cousins that you can get that weren't in the others ones. It has the option to do normal mode "classic mode" but it is after you beat it on drive first. It is an amazing game and if you like katamari you will like this game too don't let the drive get you down if you dont like that part.

) the graphics are o.k. in this game.they are a bit odd to say the least but intresting to watch.somehow the king of katamari has fallen asleep and cannot remeber anything after being hit in the head.the prince makes a roboking til the king wakes up to rule the land again.the roboking gives you areas to go to.from there you are the prince and you have this ball looking thing.you have to roll it around and add things to this ball.the king gives you a time to roll the ball up to a certain weight.if you pass you go onto the next level.if not you die or at least i died cause i did not get some of the requirements.the graphics to me are unique,but it to me is an average game and i would rather play sonmething else first.

) Katamari Forever is a great addition to the Katamari Series that boasts stunning HD visuals (full 1080p) of Previous and new Katamari Levels. The multiplayer modes are fun, but the game could have benefited from an online versus mode. overall a really great buy!

I really enjoy this game. It has three different modes from the new katamari with prince hop and star mode to classic mode and a eternal mode too.
