Kenmore Magic Blue 24195 Canister Cleaner

This is the best vacuum ever!! Both my mother & my aunt purchased the same vacuum at a reputable department store locally for quite a bit more. I just loved the functionality & size of the MAGIC BLUE & decided to buy one for myself. I was going to buy the MAGIC BLUE at the same department store for the same high price but fortunately they were out of stock over the holiday season. I searched on-line & found just what I was looking for on eBay for a LOT LESS!! The MAGIC BLUE does require bags, which I prefer. I find bagless vacuums to be very messy. The bags for this vacuum are very easy to find at a number of local stores, and of course, on-line. The weight, size & shape of the MAGIC BLUE make it very easy for storage. It also comes with a number of different attachments for cleaning all types of surfaces, including HARD WOOD FLOORS!! Most vacuums I researched at the same price point did not have attachments for wood floors or were rated poorly at cleaning wood floors. This feature was important for me as most of my home has wood floors & not carpet. THE MAGIC BLUE IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!!

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! I don't have much carpeting--just area rugs, but I have 7 cats in the house and especially in the summer, they shed like crazy. Our existing vacuum cleaner was just not performing and I didn't want to pay over $300 to vacuum three area rugs, so I bought the Magic Blue. It picked up nearly every piece of cat hair off a rug that hadn't been vacuumed in about a month! It's tremendously powerful and so small it can be stored in an armoire. Plus, it's nozzle attachment can fit under the piano or chairs so it's more convenient than an upright. Overall, a great product!

I wanted an additional vacuum so that I wouldn't have to carry my other one up and down the stairs. This little vacuum is a great buy for the money. It is lightweight and maneuverable. Good for a quick clean-up, but not for heavy duty cleaning. Shorter cord than my more expensive Kenmore Hepa cannister vacuum.

Excellent vacuum cleaner for bare floors, and small rugs. First one bought in 2003, broke last year, this is my second unit, same model. Compact, handy, yet powerful, a must buy for bare floor cleaning !

I owned an older model of the the Magic Blue which I actually liked better. Better more sturdy brush head on the older model. To remove the handle is much more difficult than older model. However, I do generally like the product itself. Lightweight and easy to handle.
