| LEGO Battles (Nintendo DS) is a LEGO video game for the Nintendo DS developed by Hellbent Games. The game basically revolves around three different stories—Knights vs. Wizards, Pirates vs. British Navy, and Earth vs. Aliens—and you have the choice of playing as both protagonist and antagonist. Each story involves two quests that you undertake (one from the side of the protagonist and the other from the side of the antagonist) for a total of six enthralling quests. LEGO Battles (Nintendo DS) has been rated ESRB: E (Everyone) and assures you good, clean fun. This LEGO video game features two modes: single player and multiplayer. LEGO Battles (Nintendo DS) also includes minikits that you can use to unlock hidden heroes such as Agent Chase, Ghost, and Conquistador. | |

) I bought this game for my 6 year old nephew. He is pretty quick to learn games, but he really struggled with this one. He doesn't quite understand what to do. Once he started playing he got bored quickly. It did not come with instructions, so we are going to try to look them up online and see if we can do something different to make it more fun.

) I purchased this to replace the one that my son lost. He loves this game. It teaches strategy, patience, problem solving and entertains as well. The different characters that you can play always make it interesting. My son loves meeting the goals that are set with each new game.

Great game for kids that like battle strategy

My 8 year old likes the game a lot and the 5 year old learned to play it watching his brother. Great game for the money. The kids like Age of Empires and Command and Conquer on the PC. They also like playing the Lego series on the xBox 360 & Wii. For example, Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman.

I bought this game because my brothers were playing it. It looked real fun to see the lego characters fight. It has a cool multiplayer experience. I would recommend this game to everyone!

My kids LOVE this game. We have purchased games before that they wanted (or thought they wanted), and they would play with them for a day and then never touch them again. With this game, they play and play and play. They absolutely love it. It is also not just mindless blowing stuff up or jumping from here to there.... it has age-appropriate strategies and choices you can make, and every time you play, it can be different if you make different choices. I can highly recommend this game, not just because my kids think it is fun, but because I know it is exercising their brains and decision-making skills as well.
