Great Walking DVD

This is a great whole body walking workout. It is challenging, varied and fun. I am a moderate excerciser and I can handle this 4 mile walk without difficulty; though I tend to slow down a bit during mile 4.
Leslie Sansone is a good motivator and enthusiatic exercise leader. She also uses a full range of ages, sizes, and body types in her videos so there is someone most folks can relate to.
I recommend this DVD for someone looking for an exhilirating workout that is not too hard.

I love Leslie Sansone's energy and excitement! My husband has even done the workouts with me on a few ocassions. He also likes them. She mixes it up and keeps you moving to a fast past. It has helped get me in shape and tone up. NO it doesn't happen over night as you took a while to get out of shape. I have at least 10 or her DVD's and mix them up. She has You can do it yoga, Pliates, Abs, and Power Mile, Kick and Jog, Run and Walk. She also has 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 miles workouts to pick your ability and challenge.
Hope you enjoy this one she does make 1, 2, and 3 in Epress as well.

Upbeat and Fun 4-Mile Walk

This DVD was recommended to me by the rep at Leslie Sansone's website. She said this one is very popular. I can see why because the mood is high and the workout extensive. I like it a lot. It is filled with only simple steps--walking in place, sidesteps, kickbacks, leg lifts. I would prefer a few more variations, but all in all, I am glad I got this one.(Hard to decide, because there are so many to choose from!) If you like Leslie, you won't go wrong with this purchase.

Lesie Sansone - 4 mile Super Challenge

Four continous miles, with markers at bottom to keep track of number of miles walked. Busts of higher energy walking along the way. Great music but lots of walking. Be sure you're up to the "super challenge" as this is an "advanced" workout.

Walk Away the Pounds Express

Another great super challenge walk with Leslie. I am 61 years old and I do this about 3 times a week, I just love it, as all of her walking routines. Great product and everyone, no matter what your age, needs to move.
