This is a great workout! She takes you through 3 miles of aerobics that is non stop! I try to do it 3 times a week. She explains how walking and this cardio excercise will actually melt that belly fat. The 3 mile workout is 45 mins and it goes by really fast! You can actually choose if you want to do 1 mile, 2 miles or all three miles! After completing that 3rd mile feels great! I suggest doing all three because half of the third mile is just a cool down. After the third mile, she takes you down to the floor to do a few bicycle crunches; really simple! It's really fun and really easy; totally the easiest way to burn calories!

I am no stranger to Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds series. In fact, I love them. I was anxious to try this dvd and I'm glad I got it. I thoroughly enjoy doing this exercise. I do the full workout (3 miles) and it is awesome. If you are not able to do the full workout, you can choose how much you do from the menu as well as if you get too ambitious and realize you can't finish the workout, you have the option of stopping at 1 mile, or 2 miles. I love this workout so far, and I advise anyone who is thinking about getting it, to buy and try it especially if you get it on ebay for the low cost.

I have many of Leslie's Walk at Home DVDs because I want variety in intensity. This workout is fast three miles. Several things I really appreciated is that there's a clock that times down with each mile walked, so you know how much time is remaining in each mile segment. On mile 3 she incorporates a little jogging plus some bouncing kicks. If you want to feel as if you've had a complete workout that engages all body movements, this is the DVD I would recommend. She goes solo on this which is a nice change from her team that she performs on many of her DVDs with. At the end she does bicycle crunches and and wonderful leg stretch.

I BOUGHT WALK YOUR BELLY FAT CD 3 WEEKS AGO, I'M 42 YRS OLD AND IS MY FIRST TIME I DO EXERCISE, SIMPLY I LOVE IT, IT'S AWESOME. I'D RECOMMEND LESLIE SANSONE CDS.

Ok but not as motivating as some of her other programs.

In this DVD Leslie goes solo which didn't seem as motivating as when others are working out with her. I didn't like the black background as Leslie also has on a black outfit. Also I would like some more inspiring background music to reve up the workout. I wish that I could have rented this DVD as it wouldn't be one that I would have bought. I've been a fan of Leslie's for many years and have many of her tapes but this one I would only rate ok.
