Linksys E1000-RM 300 Mbps 4-Port 10/100 Wireless N Router (Refurbished)

This is a very nice router. i can not, however, get my 150mbps wireless card on my laptop to go above 65Mbps, even when i set the transmit rate to 130 or 270. This is not the model of the router that supports DD-WRT, which is dissapointing, but i live in a trailor court and i can still connect to this router and get 6mbps down speed over WAN from 2 streets down XD.

We recently switched to a new ISP and the modem only allowed for one device to connect at a time. Rather than buy a company wireless router for upwards of $50, I found the Cisco router on Ebay. Within 10 minutes of opening the box, we had a new wireless network, password protected, and both computers easily surfing the net. The Cicso Connection program is very user friendly and helps answer all your questions. A great product! Very satisfied customer.

I need wireless access point for my network. I choose Linksys from Cisco. I think Cisco better than another.

Great little router, but beware if you are using OS 5 (Mac Lion operating system) the routers set up system doesn not configure to it. This means you will not have a guest-network, some of the other features may have difficulties. But if you are using a PC, this if a very good for your budget router.

I highly recommend this type of router. I now have purchased three of them, good routers. There is an easy to understand, "user friendly" set-up CD Rom that even comes with it. I use this particular router for my office, VideoJoe Productions LLC, and home both. I'm pleased.
