A suspenseful mystery-thriller that stars Chuck Carrington (JAG) as the
grieving son who goes home to bury his father and during a search of the
will finds an article called "The Covenant List of South Carolina, LTD".
Carrington starts looking for the "treasure" listed in the document. The movie turns at every step and has a co-star in Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange)
that helps continue the suspense. A very interesting movie, however, for
some the great deal of religious context may be a bit much-as in a
suspenseful ending-it seems that the movie is a battle between 'good'
and 'evil'. Still if you like your suspense in this manner-you will enjoy
this movie and it will give you (and most will like it) a good night of
entertainment.

Great Storyline But Unfortunately... Goes Nowhere...

Created: 24/03/09
I loved the storyline for this movie. However, it did not go much of anyplace. I really thought that there was more to be known, that was not revealed. :( Perhaps, in the book it explains what exactly the List is. I would have loved it to be more like "National Treasure", where Nicolas Cage takes the time to explain about hidden symbols etc.. Perhaps, they were low budget here as it is situated in just a few places. I never reveal the plot to anyone in my reviews so, this is about all you will get from me. I cannot recommend this movie even though I liked the storyline.

What a lesson to learn. This movie takes the viewer in a journey to consider what is of most importance. Language, nudity, sexual content, nor violence are an issue.

Have not had time to watch the movie yet. Looking forward to it. It is hard to enter a review before I have actually watch the movie. You need to have some sort of box to check for this so that feedback can be left.
