Album NotesIn the spring of 2008, 1980s power duo Daryl Hall and John Oates return to the Los Angeles venue that helped them become breakout performers when they were just an opening act some 35 years prior. This behemoth of a concert features two hours of hit songs from the beloved musicians, including "Private Eyes," "She's Gone," "Man Eater," "Rich Girl," "Family Man," and over a dozen more.
Personnel: Daryl Hall (vocals, guitar, keyboards); John Oates, T-Bone Wolk (vocals, guitar); Charlie DeChant (vocals, saxophone, keyboards); Eliot Lewis (vocals, keyboards); Everett Bradley (vocals, percussion); Zev Katz (bass guitar); Mike Braun (drums).LIVE AT THE TROUBADOUR is a three-disc set including two CDs and a DVD, all recorded at the famous Los Angeles club the Troubadour during a 2007 concert by Daryl Hall and John Oates. The 19-track set contains most of the duo's biggest hits, both from their 1970s blue-eyed soul era ("Sara Smile," "Rich Girl," "Abandoned Luncheonette") and the glossy 1980s pure pop hits like "Out of Touch," "I Can't Go For That," and "Private Eyes."
