Editorial Reviews
3 stars out of 5 -- [Stone] takes a blowtorch to her increasingly smooth soul-pop sound, unloading 10 tracks of lowdown blues.
Rolling Stone

3 stars out of 5 -- [The album] largely settles for mid-paced love plaints and gets a lot of good sounds happening, chiefly around the growl and jive from an organ/piano man called Mike Rojas.
Mojo

[I]t conjures the spirit of another supplanted smokey Brit songstress in the steamy South: DUSTY IN MEMPHIS.
Paste

3 stars out of 5 -- Stewart proves an accomplished retro stylist, ably framing Stones' roof-raising blend of Tina Turner and Janis Joplin on searing funk rockers...

Joss Stone has outdone herself again!

 | Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.
Created: 17/09/11
My husband bought me this for my birthday because I am a long time Joss Stone fan. I absolutely LOVE every track on this album. Each album she releases outshines the previous ones. This is her first album on her own label (Stone'd Records)and I truely can't wait for the second! I've listened to it again and again, and each time I hear the songs I love them more! All I really have to say is: If you like/love Joss Stone, you will LOVE this album! It is a must to have this in your collection!
