) The book was well written and very informational for any one that doesn't know any thing about making candles or soap. It was kept simple but not so simply that it will insult you. I was able to read the book all the way through in two sittings and never lost my interest.
The one negative item was I'm going to work with Soy wax , which seems to be very popular at this time, but there was only a couple of sentences about Soy wax. Because of this shortage I will have to get another book.
If you want to work with all the other waxes then this would be a great book for you!

) This book tells all about how to teach yourself to make soap or candles. This is a great read,I am already making money at this new hobby!

) I have been looking for a book on making candles, I have been making firestarters for years and I decided that I wanted to go a step further into candles. I have had the book for about a month. I found out I have part of the things for making candles already. The book even tells you how to get into selling them here on ebay and other places. I am very please with the results.

I love my "Making Candles & Soaps for Dummies" book! This book delivers on the shoppers expectation level. It ensures that the reader won't miss any of the "basics", and much more coveted information for someone trying out making candles and soaps for the first time. It seems to have a recue mission for any "screw-ups" for 1st time newbies, like me. It's a great encyclopediac method. Thank you!

) Over all I liked the book and found it informative. One web site referred as a supplier did not check out to be such, however most were very good sites. The soap portion referred mostly to melt & pour soap and was very informative in that respect, however it did not go into cold process or any other methods of soap making.
