I bought this book so that I could advance beyond making simple oval, round and bi-cone beads. Some of the designs I had seen online and in print looked so beautiful--but difficult. Sue Heaser's book contains wonderfully simple illustrations for a wide variety of techniques, and even contains a section on how to assemble the finished clay pieces. I've caught myself many times saying "So that's how they do that!" when paging through the book. I would say this is a great learning tool for beginners and those who have some experience in working with polymer clay, as well.
