Product description

Product Information
Mario Party 6 builds upon the style and mechanics of its predecessors by offering furious four-player fun rooted in board game mechanics. The new additions in Mario Party 6 include day and night cycles, new characters and mini-games, and of course, the new microphone (not included). Two of the new characters, named Brighton (a sun) and Twila (a crescent moon) get into a heated debate over who's better. The dispute creates a day/night dichotomy that comes into play whenever playing on any of the six game boards. When you're ready to play, a pop-up book springs open and highlights your options. Party Mode is where you'll find the different board games, which you can play solo or with friends. Instead of just collecting stars, though, each board features different objectives. Mario Party 6 features over 80 different mini-games.

This re-release of Mario Party 6 offers the same multiplayer madness, only it does not include the GameCube Microphone controller available in the original release (available separately.)

Most of the mini games are very fun, I personally like more that of this type of games than the board game.

2004 GameCube game, works on Wii. Interactive board game with multiple worlds, difficulty levels, rules and tons of simple, non-violent mini games. No need to study manual, everything explained on-screen plus practice mode to try. Up to 4 players, must use GameCube controllers. Some pixelation on big TV. Lots of fun especially for kids (5+)

I bought this game for my kids, but its fun for the hole family. It has four players, we can play it for hours. Mario party games are just so much fun. But I overall love it.

Good stuff, microphone is a delightful addition to this Mario Party

     | Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Not really anything new to the Mario Party genre. The microphone makes a very interesting addition to the game. Somehow the game I ordered was classified under (game only) even though it had the microphone. Get the microphone if you want to shake up your game play experience and really have fun.

    "An Eternal Party"...

    Created: 09/09/10
I love this game so much it's one of the best "Mario Party" titles out there I have recently bought a new Wii along with Mario Party 8 for the Wii, but i wasn't impressed as of the quality of the game. What a tainted game to finish off the franchise. I then remembered "Mario Party 6" and the fun I playing that game. It's a great game and has a wonderful multiplayer mode for a family party. It has fun and unforgettable mini-games as well. I love everything about this game.
