    A Party to Go Everywhere!

    Created: 05/10/06
This game was purchased for an 8 year old girl. She loved it. Mom loved it, too. It was played for a week straight. The only time we didn't play it was when it was charging and while we were sleeping (or so it seemed anyway). It was definitely a Party on the Go! The game went to gramma & papa's house, it went on long road trips, it went even to Dollar General and Walmart to get played. Like I said, it was definitely a Party to Go Everywhere!!! I recommend this game to anyone and everyone, young and old(er)!

*Game insight* If you're looking for a sure fire way to make lots of coins quickly to buy gadgets, go to the Game Room and play the game where you find which tunnel the "turtle" is--Watch 'Em. It's kinda like hide-n-seek. Bet 99 coins on play one and watch that tunnel. Follow the tunnel with only your eyes, block everything else out. And guess 3 times only because after that you're truly only guessing. Then cash out your coins. Keep doing this. It adds up. Also, when playing Bowserland, make sure it takes you (win or lose) 3 times to get to the end of the roller coaster. You earn more coins when you get through. But, even if you make it in one more, you still get a decent amount of coins. At one point, we earn 35,000 coins.

Enough is enough already!!! JUST BUY THE GAME! :o) Happy Playing!

This game is pretty lame. It would be fun for like a 5 or 6 year old...but not for an adult. I bought it because it is Mario Party and all the Mario Party's I've played have been so addictive but this one is nothing like the others.

Mario Party Advance: The good, the bad, and the ugly

    Created: 07/08/06
When I first bought this game I thought it would be much worse and thank god it wasn't. The board game is a little child like and somethimes funny. The bad news is that you can't play like a normal mario party thing were you role the dice trying to get the star. What I hate most about the board game is that you can only role 3 dice and you get another 2 if you win a mini-game.

Then there are the mini-games... Well gladly it is much more fun than the board game will ever be. The mini-games are worth playing and some are difficult while other are way to easy. There are however bad mini-games or "gadgets" as the game would call them. These "gadgets" have no playing value what-so-ever. Of course some games are really fun while are just... well...sucks! There is no point to play other mini-games but the best. SO far as I've played this is that its good play this ONCE and only ONCE.

So for my review I would give it 3/5 since its good, but not THAT good. It still needs improvement and other techniques added and the rest should be removed. What I noticed over the years of the Mario Party Series is that the games are getting to close to the story. Also the mini-games have no skill what so ever. So please if you want a real mario party game stick with the N64 version, THEY were worth the wait.

    Cute Fluffy Fun!

    Created: 23/05/08
It's a fun game and plays well with one person. All the mini games are great for someone with a short attention span, and because you can play mini games even outside of a full game, it adds to the ease of being able to pick up for a few minutes of fun. You can save anywhere. (I guess some of the other reviewers never read the instruction book).

It's a cute and amusing Mario game, with appeal for both boys and girls, children and adults who aren't looking for anything serious.

    Mario Party Advance

This was baught for my eight year old son. He loves the little cars, and the adventures he is sent on. He also likes the mini games they have. It makes him read, and use his thinking skills to get further in the game. I like games where they actually have to think, read and problem solve. It is also fun to play.
I decided to buy it because after seeing it and reading the description, I thought it would be a fun game for my kids.
