) marvel superheroes is a great alternative for any comic book fan who thinks street fighter is fun to play but not worth buying. spiderman,iron man,wolverine,hulk and others go head to head in a fun, action packed, button mashing free for all. all the marvel vs games from capcom are a fun addition to any fan of superheroes, unfortunately you will have to pay a pretty penny to attain all of them so good hunting. B

Classic 2D Fighting Game

For those who love the Marvel vs Capcom series, this is the one that started it all! This is quite possibly one of the best Marvel games ever, with it's fighting mechanics for unlimited combos and special moves, to it's selection of favorite comic book heroes and villains alike.

A Really Fun, Nostalgic Romp!

) Marvel Super Heroes for the Playstation is a really solid fighter that while it doesn't truly compare to today's generation of consoles, it does serve as a catalyst for the infamous Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 and to a lesser extent Mortal Kombat vs. DC.
THE GOOD
- A solid port of the old Arcade Classic
THE BAD
- Short to Moderate load times which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so dang frequent even while running on a PS2.
THE FUGLY
- A dozen or so fighters (2 of which are unlockable Bosses) doesn't make for very even match ups.
Overall I give this first Marvel Universe outing a solid 4 out of 5 yellow eBay bars inspite of its age.
