Mega Man 8

It was very good old school game to play even today.

It brings you back into the work of Mega Man using an awesome soundtrack as well as interactive gameplay.

The controls were simple and easy to use.

You could even customise Megaman to you own liking whether you are a fan of the Laser Shot or the normal Mega Buster. You can even add on to his arsenals by defeating certain bosses and using there own abilities againts each other.

A game that takes you back into the Megaman universe and one that allows such a degree of customization deserves a rating of 5 out of 5.

Mega Man never fails!

Created: 12/11/10
I have a lot of nostalgic memories of playing this game with my cousin, so I decided to pick it up.

The game play is just like all Mega Man games you shoot your Mega Buster, you charge your Mega Buster, you slide and you do a fair share of platforming too.

I love the smooth graphics and the environment of the levels. It is really unique and this game has some voice acting which is probably the only feature I didn't really like because they made Mega Man sound like a little girl... But you don't notice much because you are too absorbed into the game!!

When you start the game you immediately jump into a short easy intro stage so you can get a feel for the controls and game play for if you are new to the series. After the stage it brings you to the stage select and you can choose 4 robot masters. After that you get to choose between 4 more, Then you can go through a couple stages of Dr. Wily's Castle then its the final showdown between you and Dr. Wily, Or at least that's what I am assuming because I have never beat the whole game!

Which is another honorable mention, the difficulty is very well balanced and I think it has some of the hardest stages in Mega Man games.

One last thing I would like to throw out there is that the music in this game... Oh man it is so amazing!!! It is completely and truly masterpieces when it comes to video game music. I actually have to themes in particular on my iPod which would be the Intro Stage theme and Search Mans stage.

Overall I give this classic installment to the already epic Mega Man series an 8.5/10

And for some reason this game is very underrated... Don't listen to those people! This game is GREAT!!

Like all the others

Well, it's like all the other Megaman Games. If you played one...you played them all. You have an introduction, you fight a few bosses in a certain order, take one of their powers, and fight Whily in the end...this game is really no different. However, it still has good music, and still a pretty decent game in general. Also there are full clips of the Megaman Anime for the storyline. So it does have some originality to it. But overall it just like any other Megaman back prior to this.

I have always been a huge fan of the classic megaman series and this installment is fantastic. The controlls are very fantastic (as always)and the action is great. The voice acting is so bad it's funny (buy who cares the game is still fantastic). The all and all gameplay is very fast pase very addticting and very fun. I highly recomend this game to anybody.
