Great companion book for weight lifting

Great little book. I am 65 and lift weights 3 times a week. (mostly dumbells) Has a zillion different moves. At my age I have to keep tricking my muscles to grow. Would highly recommend

Wow you never imagine what dummbell can do

A lot of useful information about excercise for beginer to expert. Good reserence and techique. open the new immagination what you can do with the dummbell. Easy to follow the example picture. try one and you will love your work out session more.
