Though the exterior is deceivingly nice and seems sturdy, the video quality severely lacking. High Definition? I think not! Quality is very pixelated and not any better than the stock camera that came with his computer. Also, the "auto-focus" feature is dreadful. Continually blurring the picture and zooming in and out briefly. I am sorry I bought this product.

The product worked instantly as soon as the 1min. install was done and it was plugged in. Picture was amazing clear but the auto-focus really slowed things down. Every time you move it takes a few seconds to catch up causing some frustration. Also I could not find a way to turn this feature off. The features for photo capture are lack luster if not non existent. There is no timer button and you do not have full control over the image options, there is only a brightness control. I still rate this product as good considering it boosted itself as a web cam for chatting and not one for taking pictures. The feature it was meant for works well I just wish it had more option for control.

) I love the quality and the various angles and stuff you can get with it. The only issues I have are the color sometimes and the auto focus if you turn it off then the true color doesn't work but, but if you leave the true color on the auto focus keeps blurring in and out. But all in all it is a great product and I would recommend it.

The Microsoft HD-6000 Web Cam is so good that four of my friends also got one or two. My children can now see a clear picture of me in any light. The only draw back is if you are wareing glasses your computer screen reflects in them.

I find this camera very good, so I bought it to use on my new lap top, which already has internal camera but I prefer this because they already had one so it was not HD, with this technology it was much better ... thanks
