The good: Excellent selection of games, user-friendly Dashboard interface; supports wireless controllers and accessories; backward compatible with many--but not all--original Xbox titles; doubles as a superior digital media hub and Windows Media extender; online Marketplace allows easy purchases of minigames, high-def movies, and TV shows.
The bad: The Elite fails to correct most of the annoyances of the original 360 version: the noisy DVD drive and cooling fan; a gigantic, oversize power supply; no built-in wireless networking.

Xbox 360 Elite- The Old Geezer Still Has the Magic
Created: 23/02/11
With all the new rage about the enw Xbox 360 S, some would question my excitement at buying the Xbox 360 Elite. However, even though it doesn't have built in WiFi, it isn't a hard problem to fix with a wireless router, and it can still support the Kinect. It has the same amount of memory (120 GB), and cost alot less. I bought an Elite Bundle, practically brand new, for less than $200, and the new Elite costs $300-$400. So the Elite doesn't have a sleek design, who cares? My Xbox Elite is in a mix of other stuff on the TV stand, and besides the faceplate (which is a Redskins one, just saying) you don't see much of the console. I am overly excited about the history me and my new Xbox Elite are going to have.

also a bit noisey.

Xbox 360 Elite

The product arrived in relativley good state with minor signs of use, the controllers were fine and the bundle included lots of goodies so it made the entire deal more than worth it. I already ended up selling it to a friend at work and buying the new xbox slim.

Great XBOX, not the games
Created: 18/01/11
The 120GB is great, however the games that went with this purchase were not. One Lego Batman is for kids (didn't see that during bidding), the second Pure is fine. I think there must have been various games offered in this holiday bundle so be careful in what is offered.
Really look carefully at product description before putting in an offer as I should have.
Over all very pleased with the system.
