Midnight Club: Los Angeles (Sony Playstation 3, 2008)

One of the best street racing series out now. In this game you get a lot of freedom to do what you want. From the GTA free roam style (you can't exit your car though, but remember this is not GTA) and a wide choice of highly customizable cars. They range from American classic muscle cars, imported tuners, luxury to exotics. My favorite feature about this game is the awesome dashboard view. With working accurate customizable clusters/gauges that vary with the type of car you drive! You are not forced to race with anybody but recommended to progress in game. As you build your "rep" other racers with actually call you and challenge you to a race of your choice. Overall a pretty cool challenging racing game with good physics. Recommended!

"It's fun to drive a VW around LA?"-need I reiterate? But that's just at the very start. Soon you'll have a tuner or classic muscle to blaze the streets in. Long stretches, nice corners, short cuts, and freakin cops(boy do they keep up). I expect this to be a title that I'll play over and over again like I did in Most Wanted and GTA4(another Rockstar game). Neat feature is that you can test drive any car in the game after unlocking the garage after just two missions!- 3 bikes and 40+ cars at your fingertips for unlimited cruise(plus the real fast ones come with a stick of nitrous !!POW!! MUST DRIVE!!! AAA game!

This is one of the best Racing games out in 2009, Its a very amazing game, it have a huge enviroment where you can free roam, and drive around the city of Los Angeles, and even recognize buildings and famous spots in LA. like Santa Monica and Hollywood. You can challenge racers on the highways or at red lights, and even get chased down by the cops!! The customization in this game is not sacrificed, there are over 45 licensed vehicles and many many upgrades and things you can buy to make your ride unique. This is a very amazing game, even though it was relesed before Need For Speed Undercover, it surpasses it by alot. The free roam, the cars, and the customization in this game surpass any other, of coarse Grand Turismo 5 Prologue being in a different Racing Category, This is the BEST street racing game out now.

This game will have you yelling and shouting at the TV. The choice of cars are off the hook!!! I like the way the cars are handled. What I didn't like is that I always seemed to get lost, or go off course somehow. That's very easy to do in this game. Racing a car and looking at the GPS isn't always easy to do. But so far, this is one of the best racing games I've played in years.

Excellent game, a must have for your collection if you are fan of racing games, and also if you are new, u will love what this game has to offer. Everything from the level of car customization, to the level of detail in the city , no loading times. This game has everything to beat its competition (Need4Speed) right of its track.
