| It is a world where music is the language of the people. An evil warlord from the north arrives and captures the castle. The princess is imprisoned deep within the castle, and the world’s musical instruments are taken and hidden away. Our hero, Milon, takes it upon himself to fight the warlord, rescue the princess and recover the people’s musical instruments. He has only his wits and the magical Bubble to aid him on his quest. Help Milon by looking for hidden doors, finding secret items and defeating fierce enemies. Make sure to look for the shops inside the castle, where you can buy hints and valuable items. | |

) I like the fact that the game is a up/down and side to side scrolling jumper somewhat similar to Super Mario Bros. It also has some of the same elements that The Legend of Zelda has. You can buy stuff from a "wise" looking guy in a special room. There are dragon like monsters at the end of each stage of the Castle, and there are more "secrets" then you can shake a stick at. Hidden $$$, special Bees, secret entrances, Without a save feature the game is VERY VERY hard though. However after you have beaten the first boss, if you die (when you die =0) then hold down left arrow on the d-pad and press start at the "start" screen and you will return to the beginning of the last level you were on. Through out the castle, there are many things hidden within, in a way you have to find all the secrets so you can to progress in the game, or you'll be going nowhere. This game gets you hooked and wants you to finish all the secrerts and puzzles. Puzzles is just a little part of the game, there are enemies at every corner, and a big castle to explore!

) i love old nintendo games!! i grew up playing them and that why i like to play them now. they make me remember the good ole days!!! and besides they are fun in themselves milon's secret castle is a lost treasure that i have found and will hopefully never get tired of it!

This game is for those with a lot of patience. Things happen at random and some of the secrets are so hard that I don't think you would be able to figure them out without the help of a strategy guide or the internet. Not for those lacking patience.

Just cant put this game down. It is over 22 yrs old and is a new discovery each time you play. Great action
