It as its own entity is a wealth of knowledge & wonderful compact self defense books EVER made! This is NOT the 1st I have purchased. I highly recommend this book to every Arnisador aspirant but to Every Instructor out there in the Martial Art Community. The Professor has left a legacy in his books,film footage,instructional videos and his memory lives on through Modern Arnis and the love those bear for him. God Bless Remy Presas & the book that reached out to us, educated us, made us better combatants,better arnisadores, better instructors and better persons.#1 BOOK!!!

The material is dated, seeing as how Professor Presas, changed and updated his system quite a few times and the Modern Arnis of today is a bit different compared to that of 1983. Has some cool pictures of a younger Professor Presas...
