Product description

Product Information
Mojo! is a 3D puzzle game played with a series of colored blocks suspended in space. Players control a ball in an attempt to smash through the blocks. All stages are timed, and players can only smash blocks of the same color, requiring them to roll to special areas to change the ball into the correct shade. Each move reduces a player's available "Mojo," which can only be replenished by collecting the specific number of Mojo blocks needed to advance to the next stage.

Mojo! offers more than 100 stages set within three distinct environments and includes an editor feature so players can design their own custom levels. As the game progresses, players will encounter obstacles in the form of death blocks, repulsers, and attractors that require new strategies to overcome. Some levels also feature multiple platforms connected by warps, portals, and slides. Up to four players can compete simultaneously in specially designed battle arenas as well as a variant of miniature golf that has them quickly rolling the ball toward different holes.

Challenging Enough For An Old Dude...

Created: 30/12/10
This game is initially pretty frustrating but as my son noted that it will improve my middle-aged coordination!

It is a rolling ball / balance game- like those old wooden boxes with knobs in which a marble rolls around a maze- but on acid! I am trying an alternative tilt controller which helps a little versus the normal PS2 joystick, but more experienced gamers may not have a problem.

In case your wondering there is no gore or blood even in the worst case- definitely okay for any age or religious persuasion.

I haven't gotten very far- balls fall off and I 'die' (not my real ones the ones in the game!) but I can see improvement and get a little farther each time.

As martin_macdonald mentioned in another review there are options for challenging others (I'd be embarassed!) and designing your own levels which are nice additions.

This game is definitely one to keep, work on, and enjoy!

Great game!

Created: 16/08/10
I think that "Mojo!" is a very challenging and fun puzzle game. The game itself is very enjoyable, but you can't attach a name with any save file, which gets confusing and sometimes annoying when loading. For a 2003 game, the graphics are high quality and realistic, but as of 2010 standards, the graphics don't have that special something. This game will keep you entertained for hours on end, no matter what your age. If you ever get bored of the main game, you can design your own level, or invite your friends to play in multiplayer mode. I would recommend this game to anyone who has ever liked puzzles, or is up to a challenge. If you found this review helpful, please don't forget to vote!

Mojo for Playstation 2

Created: 06/05/08
I really like games that are challenging, but this is really tough. I have tried to play it several times and don't get more than to the third level. If you don't know anything about Mojo it is a puzzle game you play with a rolling ball. You must try to knock down the puzzle pieces by guiding the ball to them and knocking them over.

I figure that in a couple of years I might get to the end! LOL!!
