Love this book! My original was a gift from my husband's Mother, and I lost it in Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. It has taken a lot for some of us on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to put our lives back together, and I feel I am civilized again when I have the emotional stability to study "Cooking With Applesauce" recipes. I did not watch TV for three days after I got this cookbook. The recipes are easy to convert to Weight Watcher points,too. I do wish the fiber content was listed with recipes.

We have a long way to go down here: roads, housing, churches, arts, etc.
A lot of people will suffer with PTSD for the rest of their lives, but we are making progress!!

This book has excellent recipes that help with lowering your fat intake. Applesauce has always been an option and makes some of your recipes even moister than the standard cooking oil does.
