Namco Museum Battle Collection (PlayStation Portable, 2005)

I didn't think I'd like the "arrangement" versions of this game, but I'm addicted! It gives the classic versions, too which is great. The only game that is missing from the PS2 version is Pole position. I wish they had kept it on there instead of Rally X, but that's just me. I use a joystick with the PS2 versions, so it's hard to get used to the controller on the PS2....I got a thumb cramp b/c I played it too long the first night I got it! LOL I bought this game b/c I like these classic arcade games, and in my opinion, even the new arrangment versions have a classic arcade game feel, with updated graphics. Well worth the 15 bucks I paid for it!

I purchased this game wanting to go back in time and play my 70's-80's video games such as pacman, digdug , and galaga and that's what I got video games were my crack back in those days as i remember popping quarters in the arcade.

I LOVED THE GAMES PSP NAMCO THANK YOU WHY I BUY IT< BECAUSE I AM LOOK FOR NAMCO THAT I LOST FIRST ONE UMD SO I ORDER ANOTHER ONE.. I LIKE THIS PSP GAMES DIFFERENT ARCADE DIG DUG PSP PACMAN MANY THINGS IN UMD GAMES.

Let's not make a collection just for the sake of having a collection.
A lot of the games included are alike in presentation, such as Galaga, Galaxian, King & Balloon. There are 3 versions Pac-Man, 2 versions of DigDug, and 2 versions of Rally-X. I think this compilation of games lacked variety. I enjoyed Dig Dug II, and Rolling Thunder though. I also enjoy one of the "Galagas". Dragon spirit is NOT included which is a disappointment.

I love the classic games and this game has updated versions all great. All the new version has a different spin making the more exciting and challenging.
