) If you are looking for Mario Kart with Nascar names, then this is it. Plays just like Mario Kart, but with big name Nascar drivers instead of Mario, Luigi and the gang. If you are looking for realistic NASCAR style racing, then this is not going to fill the void. A refreshing change to the many years of Mario Kart because they do have a few twists such as drafting, but mostly the same with different tracks. The tracks have nothing to do with Nascar. Very few ovals. Occaisionally they borrowed a location. The chatter between races when they give tips, is at best annoying and if you play it or listen to the kids play it for long, you find yourself wanting to put the game into the wall.
So I give it 4 stars. It is fun, you can zip through the chatter, and if you ignore the Nascar part, and just play for fun, it is a super alternative / different version of Mario Kart and well worth the $30 price range it can be found for used on ebay.

) We purchased on Ebay. Price was average for used. The game itself is great. It is fun for the whole family with 4 player mode. As you progress it does get a little harder unlike Mario Kart. Great game because covers adults and kids.

Nascar Kart Racing Wii 2009

Game seems like a natural progression for the Wii.
It actually is a bit tough to negotiate the track without hitting the walls.
You get to select from a few real Nascar drivers. Not much customization offered as far as looks or colors, I guess a nod to realism?
Seems like it could have been done a little better with virtually no more cost?
Hardcore gamers may love it, novices will probably feel like it isn't worth the effort to get around the track a time or two?
I probably wouldn't buy again.

NASCAR Kart Racing

) I decided to buy it because #1 I love NASCAR, #2 I just received a Wii as a Christmas gift, and had heard about the game. The game is fun if you like NASCAR. It's esp. fun for kids who like to play MarioKart. It is much like MarioKart in the way of power up's, but has a NASCAR theme to it.
