Mr. Trudeau's best kept secret is how to take others information and sell it and make a fortune-this version is better than the former "Natural Cures" (so I hear) but has things in it that are easy enough to find in themselves -example -"Don't use chemical products" -"Chlorine can be absorbed through the body in pools" etc. I suppose to have all the information in one place is great but the half the book is a defense and dissertation on why the FDA is "Bla bla bl"-Which he could have summed up in one page but then the thickness of the book would not be so big! Okay never-the-less there is some good information about healthy ways of eating and living so all in all -buy a copy -E bay price of course!

This book has the nerve to tell it like it is about why the American health system is so dangerous. We have one of the worst health system in the world because the for-profit format only cares about making money without truly considering patient care. That is why it is the most expensive health care system in the world and not everyone has access to it which can ultimately lead to financial ruin, illness, and even death. Incredible! I love this book and read it at work whenever I get a free second. Everyone should read it as it is a wake-up call for every American who will one day face a major illness. Buy it immediately!

kevin trudeau is a good author and writes great books a lot of folks don't like him because he tells it like it is but that is why I like his writing style
he has a cure in this book for heartburn and it works makes that worth the price alone

These books don't tell you anything other then to get his suggested cleanses which in order to even get those you have to go to his website and buy a subscription to find out how to get these cleanses and to find out the natural cures. He is constantly telling you about how the government is doing us dirty which I do believe. That is mainly what the books are about. If you buy these to find out natural cures you will be dissappointed as I was.

If you really want to stay healthy then you must absolutely read this book. It explains a lot about why we get sick in the first place and how we can reduce or even reverse it. Now, you must keep in mind that the actual cures for a lot of specific diseases will not be in this book. This one does have some but the great majority actually show up on the second book. If you just want the cures themselves then fine; but I highly recommend you read this book first to have a better understanding of the cures.
