Nature's Fury collection is a great one to have in your DVD collection. The individual documentaries are well done,informative, and entertaining. Each one deals with a different natural disaster that happens and documents past occurrences from letters, articles of the day, and interviews with the survivors. This series let you know you can never know just what mother nature has up her sleeve, but there is always hope of survival. You will find out what happened in the past and how people actually survived Nature's Fury.

For each type of seven extremely destructive events, this documentary is a thoroughly detailed and informative presentation, containing numerous interviews with many of those who experienced and survived the naturally occurring disasters as chosen for this collection. These true stories present a mixture of older and more recent occurrences, providing a well balanced perspective. For those who enjoy studying the facts surrounding and leading to severe weather occurrences and their devastating results -- especially those who experience a genuine fascination with the amazingly awesome power contained within mother nature -- this is an excellent review of several weather related disasters. My only disappointment was in the fact that no earthquake events were recalled and examined, otherwise well satisfied with the variety of naturally occurring events as covered in this interesting History Channel presentation.

What I like about Nature's Fury is that I love watching Tornado's Blizzard and how people chase them. There is nothing I could say bad about it, was very informative and storms were shown being born until they died. I decided to buy it because the price was right.

A great DVD for storm chasers and individuals who like actual views of violent nature. Great cinematography.
