EA Sports NBA Jam revives the classic franchise with vintage NBA Jam gameplay, all-new features, and, for the first time ever for the arcade classic, in high definition and featuring online play. Shoves, spins and, of course, backboard smashing dunks take center stage with Classic 2 vs. 2 gameplay that lies at the core of NBA Jam. Play with a roster of current NBA players, NBA legends and a few special appearances on the hardwood. For the first time ever play the arcade classic online. Gamers can take on all rivals playing Classic 2-on-2 online, measuring their success on Friends and Global Leaderboards. Connected fans will be able to team-up locally to compete online in Remix Games, including Backboard Smash, Domination Free-for-All, Elimination, and 21. Fans will also be able to make it a Jam Party online by inviting up to 3 friends on separate consoles to play. Plus, gamers will be able to take on the world in Online Progression, leveling up through a series of challengers and secret online JAM Challenges to unlock online exclusive rewards and hidden content in the ultimate quest for global bragging rights.

    I love these two games. I have been playing them both since back in the day. NBA Jam isn't as good as it once was but if you love basketball and linking against other opponents online, heres the game for you. You can throw down awesome dunks and sweet ally-oops. Another thing is if you hit three shots in row you will catch on fire giving extra help on making shots. You can play in special mode where there is power-ups on the court that help you or the other team out. There is different mini games also. The is 21, elimination, and a few more. Now GTA online is AWESOME. Every time you play its NEVER the same. You could use the same weapons and the same spot over and over but you are going to have to people every time so the skill level will be different. You can play in single player and its just a series of missions you have to go through to beat the game. Some are extremely easy while others you will think is impossible. The games with out online play is still fun but WAY better online. Hope this helps.

    Excellent price. This is a great game. Its fun for all ages. My nephew & I have fun for hours playing this game. I love the fact that you can play against some of the all time great players of the NBA. I would most defintely reccomend this game to family & friends. I used to always play it on the Sega Genesis console so Im so glad EA Sports brought it the PS3!!

    If you loved the first one you'll love this one even more if you never played the first you'll still love this game amazing graphics awesome new unlockable characters and some old ones hands down best basketball game ever.

    OK game. fun for the price and if you played the original. no one has this game so online play is nonexistant but if you kno someone with the game it would be super easy to link up and play them.. overall not a bad game but not worth 50+ i paid 30 and wish i paid less!

    there is not a whole lot to say about this one.the game i played was a two on two basketball game.the graphics were good and the game was fun for a few minutes.i think there are better basketball games out there.i think that since they make a basketball game every year,that you or anyone should get the most recent nba game out there that has a full set of players.this one did not do it for me.
