    Jackie Earle Haley replaces Robert England as Freddie Kruger in this remake of the classic horror film.

    The movie is pretty much the same as the original with a few minor changes. The characters are mostly the same as well.

    I don't know how Veteran Actor Jackie Earle Haley ended up being type cast as a child molester but that seems to be the roles I have seen him in lately. He gave a very good performance in the 1976 classic "The Bad News Bears".

    This remake is good if you enjoy watching horror movies and its release to DVD is timely with Halloween so close.

    The movie also stars: Kyle Gallner, Rooney Mara, Katie Cassidy, Thomas Dekker, and Kellan Lutz

    i used to watch the old version, and it was pretty scary. but back at it again with newer version, wow, it's still a good and pretty scary movie. you have to see it yourself. a must see for scary movies's fans.
