There are so many books on NLP today that it's hard to keep up with them. I'm glad the book has appeared in a tape format as well. In this work, the author breaks down the technique into understandable pieces so that anyone can get started and use the technique to help him/her for whatever ails you.
I highly recommend the book for its simplicity, organziation of material and inspiring one to try to improve themselves through this revolutionary form of therapy which is adaptable to anyone, anywhere.
