    There are so many books on NLP today that it's hard to keep up with them.I'm glad this book was made into a CD. In this edited version, all the essentials of the book are described. The author breaks down the technique into understandable pieces so that anyone can get started and use the technique to help him/her for whatever ails you.
    I highly recommend the book and this cd for its simplicity, organization of material and inspiring one to try to improve themselves through this revolutionary form of therapy which is adaptable to anyone, anywhere.
