Movie synopsis

Filmed entirely at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, Grammy-winning Norah Jones performs a concert featuring hits from FEELS LIKE HOME and her phenomenal debut album COME AWAY WITH ME. Joining her in the performance are veteran musicians Dolly Parton (in the duet "Creepin' In" on FEELS LIKE HOME), Gillian Welch, and David Rawlings (in a three-part version of Townes Van Zandt's "Loretta"), and collaborator Richard Julian (in John Prine's "That's the Way that the World Turns 'Round"). In addition, Jones covers the wonderful Gram Parsons song "She" and The Band's "Life is a Carnival." Also included in this lineup are several behind-the-scenes documentaries and the video for "Those Sweet Words" and "What Am I to You?"

Absolutely great!! The performances by each musician on this DVD are phenomenal, not just Norah Jones who is wonderful to say the least. The audio is perfect, studio quality with no crowd interference at all. I feel it is much much better in both feel and quality than the New Orleans DVD. It is a must buy if you even think you like Norah Jones' music. In fact, I am buying two more as gifts this Christmas!

Polished sound compared to her earlier DVD. Easy to listen to and read by. Extras play through several selections with two bonus music videos. Overall if you like jazz with a little country/folk sound this is for you.

The ensemble accents this performance whereas Norah carries the show in New Orleans. Songs include a light rock to some bluegrass to her signature style. A must have for anybody who appreciates fine music by a truly gifted performer.

Lots of subtlties reveal her broad musical influences. The DVD is inspiring, intellectually satisfying, and gives you an overall feeling of warmth and love. Watch it with somebody special.

this is one of my all time favorite Music DVD of my collection...the greatest camera angles, audio is perfect...perfect song selections, and a few songs a shoot in such an awesome way!
