The fivesome's self-titled debut album is so attentive to the details of teen-pop tropes that O-Town almost seems like meta-teen-pop.This is nowhere so apparent as on the opening track, where the boys name-check Destiny's Child, Janet Jackson, Madonna, and "Jennifer" (it's not clear whether they mean Love Hewitt or Lopez, but that hardly matters) in the space of a 20-second chorus. For lovers of Boyzone, Backstreet Boys, etc., it's all here, from the high-sheen harmonies to the romantic, R&B-laced ballads and pop/hip-hop production blend.

Created: 15/11/05
O-Town were a fresh new boyband, created through a tv show called Making The Band in the USA they now release there first album, and show us what they've got!. and they sure have alot of tallent. i have this album and am very pleased with it, singles include the awesome Liquid Dreams and the Westlife sounding ballad All Or Nothing the album constantly gets you dancing and songs like Every Six Seconds,Take Me Under, show how awesome they are. This album is pure POP. Other singles are - the wicked "We Fit Together" and the ballad "Love Should Be A Crime"

Still Like It

I used to watch them when they were on "Making of the Band" on Fox. I also bought the CD originally when it first came out but then unfortunatly lost it. I wanted to re-buy another copy of it because of there song "All or Nothing" came on the radio. I still like the old boy band sound.
