OCZ Agility 60 GB,Internal,2.5" (OCZSSD2-1AGT60G) (SSD) Solid State Drive

I hooked this up as a third hard drive on my SATA-2 controller and it performs as well as the regular non-SSD drives from my brief testing. I'm sure if it were the primary drive or only drive in the system, it would really shine, but as a second or third drive, it is bottlenecked by the other drives in the system.

Great product, affordable, quick read speeds. I have it in a SSD enclosure hooked up to my car stereo via USB 2.0. Has low enough power draw to be able to run off of USB power. No problems so far except sometimes freezes on Win7 when browsing/renaming/copying files. Probably just a windows thing not the drive.

The OCZ 60 gb Agility SSD is just the right size to load windows 7 amd a few other programs to, when speed is the goal. I added this to my new build and the response time for loading is scary fast. If you want to play games at high speed or to photoshop in seconds then this is the addition for your rig. Of course the biggest problem with SSDs right now is the price per gig of memory. So just load your OS and the programs you need to be fast and set up regular drives in a raid for your files and folders. And OCZ is one of the most reliable companies for memory and other components. Purchase one and you will be surprised at how fast the world goes by.
