This value guide leaves you wondering about star notes. It only lists the uncirculated value of star note. Many people collect star notes specifically. If this is your situation, the best book I have found is Coin Worlds Paper Money Values. It is a bi-monthly magazine. If you haven't seen this, check it out.

this is a great book for collectors the best book out there by far. It has wonderful pictures of the currency and is one of the easier books to understand.
