    i'm new to film photography, but old to digital, strangely. anyway, this point and shoot was meant for me to get used to film before getting a more advanced film SLR. the trip 600 does everything wonderfully. i haven't gotten any flicks developed yet but it is really simple to use. open the lens cover, snap a picture and let the automatic film advancer do its thing. only gripe is that i hope that i can control the flash in dark conditions (it goes off itself in the dark). anyway, this camera is highly recommended for beginners or just a back up camera.
