Movie synopsis

A staid American ambassador (Peck) and his wife are heartbroken when their child is stillborn, but their heartbreak is only beginning when they adopt an orphan. As the boy grows, disaster surrounds him, beginning with the suicide of his nanny, and as the bodies pile up, his horrified father begins to believe that the boy is evil incarnate and must be destroyed. The unique climax paved the way for two popular sequels, "Damien - Omen II" and "Final Conflict."

Satan's Child Is A Little Angel

Created: 25/10/06
After having a stillborn child, Gregory Peck decides to switch infants in the hospital. Bad move. He has his hands full in this one. Wherever this child is, there is trouble, starting with the girl hanging herself. Everyone is telling him that this child is evil including his own wife who doesn't know that boy is not her true son, but he is torn wondering if the child is evil or if the bad things happening around him are a coincidence. Excellent acting and a very original story make this one of the best horror movies of all time that will still horrify 3 decades after it's release.

The Omen I DVD

Created: 05/09/06
The Omen is the first in a trilogy and is considered a classic film which is often misrepresented as a horror film. The director insists it's a drama. It actually has characteristics of both and is the most frightening film I've ever seen (along with The Omen II (the third film was a dud)). Starring Gregory Peck, this film avoids scaring the audience with the gore you'll get in most horror films. There is little blood, but still manages to be extremely scary. There is nothing I dislike about this dvd. It's a classic, and deserves that label.

One of horror's best

Created: 02/10/06
The AFI has said that this is one of the best films in the horror genre. And boy were they right. The movie has everything going for it. The writing and directing is about as sharp as it comes and so is the acting from all involved.
As one probably knows the movie is about the birth of the Anti-Christ. Heaven help us.

I cant wait hopefully is just as great as the original!

THE OMEN - GREG PECK

Suburb horror movie. Not for the faint of heart or super-religious. Original versions always seem the best.
