    Product Information
You awaken from a cryogenic sleep with no memory of who you are, why you were put to sleep, or who woke you up. After getting out of your chamber and searching the area for essentials, you discover that your name is Raz Karcy but that's all you know. Now, you must try to escape the underground compound where you are being held, as well as try to recover your memory. As you progress through the game, you will have to explore the compound to find items that will help your cause. Eventually, you will find a robot named Pipo, who can get through vents and other small spaces that will help you solve the many puzzles that stand between you and freedom. Naturally, you will encounter resistance but you can get rid of the enemy with some well-timed punches and kicks. Will you be able to recover your memory and escape? The only way to find is with OVERBLOOD.

I just finished this game on a PS3 and I can tell you something about...

    THE PROS:
    - If you like the sci-fi genre then you might be (only) mildly satisfied with the plot.
    - It is a "rare" game (which means it is not so easy to find it)which means GET IT! if you are a "rare games" collector).
    - There are a few memorable parts that make it worth playing.
    - I really liked the voices of the characters and the music.

    THE CONS:
    - It isn't so easy and takes time to control the movements of the characters (only digital mode) which means you have to use the pad only (or maybe I'm spoiled playing only with the sticks).
    - The graphics are not very good (if you can stand PS1 graphics of course) but sometimes it makes it difficult to find objects for not being able to see them clearly... this sucks, but again it's up to your level of tolerance, patience and imagination ;)
    - The enemies are rather hilarious than scary, so don't buy it for being a horror title, because it isn't.

Summarizing, it is not a bad game, definitely not a legend, but a fun and entertaining sci-fi game.

Similar but not as good as MARTIAN GOTHIC.

    Good hunt!

Adventure/Horror lover? A game for you!

    I use the following system:
Exceptional - Nothing can be improved about this aspect.
Good - Exceeds standards yet has some room for improvement.
Average - Meets the standards of the time, yet fails to impress.
Poor - Below-standards, suffers from terrible quality.

I loved this game. It wasn't a very big title for some reason (which is probably why the sequel wasn't made in English). Probably due to the fact that it wasn't as gory as the Resident Evil series. It DOES offer something more. You wake from a cryogenic slumber due to a problem in the lab. You have a bad case of amnesia and go to search for some answers as to why you there. The one thing you do know is that your name is Raz Karcy.

GAME-PLAY: It starts off with you sort of wondering what you'll run in to. At a point or two (like res evil) you'll get tired of trying to solve puzzles (which arent that hard) and want to play a more exciting game. It gets a GOOD.
GRAPHICS: About the same as Res Evil but the controls aren't as difficult to get used to. I'd say they are up to par with the time it came out so I'll give it a GOOD.
SOUND: Nothing really lacking here. Eerie music, footsteps, etc. What else is there to put in a game of this caliber? GOOD
REPLAY-ABILITY: You may play this game only to dust it off and give it another go. If you don't beat it, of course you'll want to replay it. The same replayability as a res evil game. GOOD

I loved this game but advertisement was lacking and nobody really knew it existed. A great buy for under $10.

Not A Bad Game Wish It Was Longer

    Created: 31/03/09
Overblood wasn't that bad. It was different. The Graphics weren't that great. The music was good. Overblood is sorta in a way like Resident Evil but you don't have a lot of zombies chasing you. But the game itself was pretty easy {there was some parts in the game I was lost). And the puzzles were easy. If you've never played Overblood give it a try, but try and find it for a cheap cheap price. Too bad Overblood 2 didn't come out in the US,

An excellent idea, an average presentation...

    Created: 10/11/06
To summarize this game, it's a bizarre, and intriguing, mixture of Resident Evil-ish survival horror, Tomb Raider-ish explorations and eerie ambient music, all with a nice touch of sci-fi. While the controls are a little sloppy, and the graphics are definitely unimpressive and weak, the game itself, that put aside, is a very interesting one. The story of your character, who has amnesia and remembers only his name, Raz Karcy, after awakening in an abandonned facility due to system malfunctions, is quite engaging, and you will keep going on to find out how things turn out. The cast of characters is limited, but there's enough in. If you love a game of survival, simple puzzles and combat, and the eerie idea of exploring an abandonned laboratory facility that's, by itself, bigger than the elusive "Raccoon City" that is well known by all, then this game will leave you a good after-taste, that I promise.
