Panasonic KX-TG5623 5.8 GHz Trio 1-Line Cordless Phone

This is a great upgrade from the standard 2.4GHz phones on the market today. This phone system provides clear reception for both the listener and the caller. I have had this system for a couple of months now and I have not experienced any problems so far. The battery life is amazingly long, you can leave the handset off the base for a long time and still have at least three bars remaining in battery life. Other phones don't have this capability, not to mention the fact that this phone and all extensions show just how much battery time you have remaining. This feature alone is worth the purchase, so instead of waiting for the annoying beep indicating that your battery is low you are presented with a visual of the actual battery strength. Another great feature of this phone is the initial setup; this could not have been easier, read the provided instructions and within 5 minutes you are up and running after the initial 8 hour battery charge. If the phones should have to become unregistered, re-registering them is a snap. The individual phonebook on all handsets is a great feature. The phones can be programmed individually with different ring tones per incoming call as well as different colored light sequences on the phone. There are so many features to this phone set that I could go on and on about the benefits to owning it, however I will say for the price you are getting well above your money's worth. I would not hesitate to buy this set again. I am planning on purchasing this set for a couple of family members and 1 friend in particular. Well worth it my opinion to own this set. Highly recommend this phone as it will not interfere with your existing wireless network connections. There is no loss in signal, no interference, no dropped calls, no static, no buzzing and the voice enhancer makes you feel like the person is sitting right beside you. Love this phone set.

My wife and I are elderly and have lost a lot of our hearing. She is also bedridden. It is very nice to be able to answer our phone quickly. By having this system with three handsets we are able to have access to a phone anywhere we might be in our home. We had another brand for about two years and it was getting to the point where we were missing calls because the handsets would take forever to come on upon picking them up and turning them on. My son, who is in the communication business, upon hearing of our problems, said for us to just get a Panasonic system. I then looked on Ebay and selected what seemed to me to be the best bargain among the listed Panasonic systems. We are delighted with the new system and its features. The signal is crisp and clear from anywhere from the garage to the bedrooms. We have no trouble hearing any of our 21 grandchildren when they call us. With the features such as caller ID,voice messaging, speaker phone, and volume control, we are completely satisfied that this product satisfies our every phone need.

I bought this item on e-bay as I needed another cordless and I already had a Panasonic (KX-TGA243W) which I've liked for years. I like the various features it has inclusive of speaker phone, the choice of colored light ring indicators, ring tones.

I'm a bit disappointed with the the volume of the speaker phone which is what I mainly want. My older model had a much louder volume than his new version. I can barely hear the other person now. In the newer model in order to erase a call received it requires more steps than the older model. I must admit I've been spoiled with the old. I am making use of some of the new features inclusive of the special ring tones to identify specific callers.

I bought the Panasonic Cordless Phone four weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on system. My only complaint is that when I receive calls from others or when I call out, the voice volume comes in very low on this system. Other phones I've owned have not has this problem. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

I got this phone from EBay for my mom. She just recently moved and finally gave into the fact she needed updated phones. She has caller ID but no phones with that feature. It was easy to set up and even my mom was excited getting into all the features. I have a Panasonic phone myself although mine has an answering machine. I had tried other phones and the quality and sound on the Panasonic is far superior to the others I have tried.

PRO: I absolutely love all you can do from the phone itself. The different ring tones, ring colors on each phone's antenna, etc. The redial feature stores the last 5 numbers dialed and you can erase the ones you don't want to keep. This is good if you don't want someone who has access to your phone, to know whom you called! The phone book feature is also very good and easy to use. The manual that comes with it is very good at explaining all the features.

CON: I can't think of one con!
