) I have long, thick, straight, but frizzy hair. My stylist uses all Paul Mitchell products in her salon and purchased my first one for me. After taking it out of the country recently, I found out the hard way that it doesn't adapt well to Ukrainian electricity current. :( Back in the states, I had to use a drug store brand for a few weeks and it drove me crazy - slow, still frizzy, not straight was the result. So I was ecstatic when I found a brand new Paul Mitchell one on ebay. I'm back to silky smooth, straight, no frizz hair with quick styling! Worth every penny!

) I love this flat iron. I will never get another brand. I have wavy hair which is not bad but my bangs are more wavy so i like straighning them. plus i like my hair straight. I was using another brand and it was straighning but it wasnt straighting the ends. so i went to the hair dresser and she used this flat iron and it staightened all of my hair i was so pleased that i asked her what brand it was. so i just had to purchase one. so i did and i was very pleased with the results. I think everyone should have one.

This is an awesome flat iron. It makes my coarse hair smooth. It heats up quickly and glides smoothly through my hair. The only down side is that the cord gets easily twisted and tangled after every few uses. I definitely would purchase this flat iron again.

I have super curly hair !! Im 24 yrs old and I've finally found something that will straighten my hair the way I like it . Other flat irons don't even come close. If you have REALLY curly hair (tight curls) I would def. get this flat iron . Not only does it straighten it board straight it also leaves it silky!
