The three episodes, "Win First, Fight Later," "Day of Infamy," and "Waking a Sleeping Giant," cover the history of American-Japanese relations leading up to war, the strategy behind the attack, and the American reaction, including eyewitness reports and interviews. The DVD release includes additional interviews, a special Japanese documentary, plus John Ford's Oscar-winning short, DECEMBER 7, 1941.
